Ocean Center canceled
Finish Line Productions has canceled
its Round 2 supercross competition
at the Volusia County Ocean Center,
101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach,
which was scheduled for Saturday,
Oct. 31. The event has not been
rescheduled.
The ECRA Florida Pro-AM SX Series
championship is geared toward racers
of all skill levels wanting to
experience indoor supercross racing,
a cycle racing sport involving
specialized high performance
off-road motorcycles on artificially
constructed dirt tracks. As with
other supercross events, the
six-lane tracks in the ECRA Florida
Pro-AM SX Series consist of steep
jumps and obstacles.
Finish Line Productions, which has
offices in Florida and Colorado, is
an event promotions and management
firm owned and operated by motocross
enthusiasts. The company held its
first Kissimmee Pro-Am Supercross in
December 2008.
