Ocean Center welcomes USA Gymnastics for National Championships
Daytona Beach, FL - USA Gymnastics is thrilled to announce the return of the highly anticipated 2024 USA Gymnastics National. This prestigious event takes place at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach May 9 to 12, 2024.
The USA Gymnastics National Championships, which first combined men’s and women’s events in 2021, promises to be an exhilarating showcase of top-tier athleticism and unparalleled skill. More than 1,500 Women’s Level 10 athletes and Men’s Level eight, nine and 10 athletes from around the nation will compete for glory and accolades in various gymnastics disciplines. The competition format includes two days of competition for the women and four days of competition for the men, which determines the All-Around, Individual Event, and Regional Team winners. This year marks the 50-year anniversary of USA Gymnastics’ Development Program and serves as the culmination of the competitive season for USA Gymnastics Development Program Women’s Level 10 athletes and Men’s Level eight, nine, and 10 athletes.
Scott Cole expressed enthusiasm about choosing Daytona Beach and the Ocean Center as the venue, stating, “The Ocean Center provides an ideal setting for our championships, offering world-class facilities and a vibrant atmosphere that will enhance the experience for both athletes and spectators.”

Building on the success of the 2021 USA Gymnastics National Championships hosted at the Ocean Center, the 2024 National Championships are expected to draw a significant crowd to Daytona Beach, generating an estimated 3,500 room night. The event is open to the public, and spectators can anticipate witnessing awe-inspiring performances from the nation’s top gymnasts as they vie for national titles and potentially set the stage for their Olympic aspirations.
